Default Creating seismic data

Hello.

Can you give the example or describe the work with seismic data (I mean Avizo XPand Pack and the code examples) , i.e. what kind of data we needs for creating and visualising seismic data and what classes I must used and other information that is needed for initializing seismic?

Thank you for you help!!!

Default Re: Creating seismic data

The key technology of Avizo Earth to display 3D seismic data is the Large Data Managment (LDM) of Open Inventor.
Avizo Earth includes already a wizard to convert SEGY files into LDM file format; so you shouldn't need to develop any additional modules to display 3D seismic.

Avizo Earth includes as well several horizon/faults file formats, such as IESX, CPS-3, Photon XYZ.
You can develop additional horizon readers using Avizo XPand.

If you need further assistance in developing interface to LDM engine, please contact our support.
