Skeletonization demo problem

The demo located in

C:\Program Files\Mercury\Amira4.1.1\data\tutorials\skeleton

is not completely exported to Avizo5. Three issues in particular,

1. the sample datasets are missing;
2. the script "tutorial.scro" is broken due to missing HxLDAChamferCalc module, which did not seem to be exported to Avizo at all by comparing the directory,

C:\Program Files\Mercury\Avizo5\include\hxskeleton

with its amira counterpart.

3. The skeletonization tutorial documentation (located under ResolveRT pack in amira4.1.1) is missing.

If a colleague in R&D can take a look, please let me know to avoid duplicated efforts.

This is a known issue called zBUG 1972 (entered in May 2008).
