Hi all,
I scanned 4 specimens together and I did the segmentation on the entire volume as it was easier but I would like to get the volume fraction of the labels for each specimen.
In the ideal case I would just duplicate the labels and crop the volume of interest to calculate the volume fraction. The problem is, when I crop the volume, the corresponding labes are not cropped which renders the analysis impossible.
As a result I have to duplicate the volume, crop separately the 4 specimens and only then do the labelling on the 4 specimens. Is there any ways of avoiding this (i.e. how to update the labels as a function of the volume they are attached to)?
Thanks for your help.
