Using Avizo 6.1 on windows XP (64 bit), the CalculusMatlab module stopped working after Matlab on the machine was updated from r2007b to r2010a. Trying to use the module gives an error message with these instructions:
Loading failed, unable to open the following Matlab libraries:
libmx
libmat
libeng
The required Matlab libraries need to be in your PATH.
You may also need to register the Matlab engine by typing
matlab /regserver
...
There was an error opening the Matlab engine for single use (error code -1).
Please check your Matlab installation. On Windows, you may need to register the Matlab engine by typing
matlab /regserver
on the command line.
I suppose this is because Avizo is still trying to start the old r2007b Matlab installation, and doesn't know where to look for the new one. Registering the engine again didn't help. Has anybody run into the same problem or have any idea how to fix it?
Thanks in advance,
