Dear Avizo,
I am working on the visualization of the vascular tissue in apples. This tissue is cylindrically shaped and I am willing to know the mean diameter of this tissue. Therefore, I performed some thresholding etc. followed by a skeletonization, by means of the add-on XSkeleton.
However, my question is: were can I find extra documentation about the capabilities of this package. Moreover, I am willing to know the difference between the histogram of the vessel radius (RadiusHistogram) and the mean thickness calculations given by the SpatialGraphStats. These seem to give different results.
Or any other guidelines or suggestions for me to get to know the mean diameter would be desirable as well.
